Connecting the DataForSEO MCP server to the free version of Elmo's LLM Grok was surprisingly simple and quick! See below for instructions:
Create a https://dataforseo .com account which gives you a small amount of free trial credit.
Go to “Plugins” on the left hand menu.
Then click on “New Connector” then “Custom”.
Paste the DataForSEO MCP server’s URL (https://mcp.dataforseo.com/mcp) and name the new connector as you wish – press “Enter”
Then there will be a pop up saying “Grok wants to access your DataForSEO account” . Allow access by logging in to Dataforseo and you're done!
